Good Neighbours UK
Good Neighbours UK is part of the Good Neighbor global network. They carry out projects around the world that protect and promote the rights of children. They also help create sustainable communities and aim to strengthen global partnerships. Good Neighbours UK also advocate for the rights of the most vulnerable people in society.
The brief
Through our initial scoping meetings it became clear that although we were creating a stand-alone website, it needed to follow the established design direction of the charity as a whole. At the same time, it was also important the new design appealed to a UK-based audience and projected its own identity. Through extensive research of the Good Neighbour network and other successful global charities operating within the UK, a clear design direction was established, focusing on the global campaigns to help establish Good Neighbour as a trusted organisation doing great work.
The website
We built a bespoke website for Good Neighbours UK, drawing on the global organisation’s branding themes. A carefully thought out site layout means that site visitors can easily find what they’re looking for; whether that’s information on current campaigns, examples of past work, or ways to get involved. Distinctive icons and high-quality photography bring the site to life and make for an engaging and memorable user experience.
The result
Good Neighbours UK now has a high-end website that represents them uniquely to their audience in the UK while adhering closely to the global network’s design style. Built on the industry-leading WordPress platform, the site can be easily managed by Good Neighbours UK, enabling them to keep donors, other organisations and the public up-to-date on their work.
