Lincoln Ralph’s previous website was outdated and hard to navigate, making it hard for prospective clients to find key information about their range of services.
Operating in a competitive industry, they needed a trustworthy and modern site to showcase their offering, foreground their expertise, and encourage sellers to book a valuation.
The solution
Castlegate designed a new website for Lincoln Ralph with intuitive navigation and a unified look and feel. We made the ‘Latest Listings’ section more prominent on the homepage and incorporated a dual carousel to each property gallery, so sellers can view more images with fewer clicks.
Using the Property Hive plugin, we integrated with Lincoln Ralph’s property management system, Reapit. This enabled intuitive searching and displaying of property details, powered by live data from their management database.
Testimonials pulled dynamically from review sites are incorporated throughout the website to build trust with clients, while an updated ‘About’ section with professional staff headshots reinforces the local connection.
