The challenge
A pivotal moment of growth led the team to approach Castlegate IT. Over the years, the business evolved into a respected consultancy, but its digital presence failed to keep pace. The existing website was cluttered and lacked a clear visual hierarchy, making it difficult for different target audiences to navigate their services.
Visitors ranged from those unfamiliar with 360-degree feedback to experienced practitioners seeking specific solutions. The platform failed to create a clear pathway for either group, nor did it communicate the breadth and flexibility of Talent Innovation’s offer. Repositioning was the primary goal, with a website capable of distilling abstract concepts into a clear, structured user journey that matched their high-end standing.
The solution
We leveraged a dynamic brand colour system, using bold blocks of colour and subtle transitions to create a modern feel. Tinted image overlays and gentle animations provide a sense of movement that mirrors the “transformation” at the heart of their work.
Another important factor included reorganising a previously “suffocating” amount of information into a logical structure. A modular template system gives the team the flexibility to evolve their content independently. This ensures the site can grow alongside the business without recurring developer intervention.
High technical standards for speed and SEO were prioritised alongside the sophisticated design, allowing a frictionless experience for global visitors across all time zones.
