Letters Property Management are York’s biggest independent letting and property management agency. Established in 1988, they pride themselves on unbiased advice and excellent customer service.
The brief
Letters came to Castlegate in need of a total website redesign. Their existing site was not working for them: Not only was it difficult to update, but it had fallen behind in terms of the outward impression it gave to potential new clients.
The website
Drawing on Letters’ existing branding, Castlegate designed a modern website with clear calls to action and a carefully considered user experience. The site structure was overhauled so that key areas were easily accessible for the different target audiences. Testimonials were incorporated to reinforce trust in the brand and help drive visitor interaction.
The result
Not only have we updated the way the Letters site looks, we have also given consideration to the site structure, user journeys, and backend systems to ensure that the site is a pleasure for all who use it. Letters now have a contemporary, attractive and easy-to-use site that reflects the prestige and professionalism of the organisation itself.
