The brief
Lancaster Samms asked us to build them a new website on which they could showcase their services and properties. The site needed to be easy to navigate for potential buyers and sellers, while representing a trustworthy and reputable organisation. The company also wanted the website to highlight their properties in various developments around the city.
The website
We built a website which showcases the properties that Lancaster Samms have to offer in an easily navigated and attractive way. Properties can be filtered by price, and each has its own photo album which we ensured displays properly on all screen sizes. On the home page, high quality photographs of their best properties are combined with images of iconic York locations to convey a high-quality local organisation.
The result
Lancaster Samms now have an attractive, simple-to-use and modern website where they can display properties in their best light. The site is easily navigable, and a dedicated section shows off properties in specific developments around York. Prospective buyers and clients can easily get in touch via telephone and email links, or via the dedicated contact form.
